Mansa Concierge is a subsidiary of Mansa Hotel Group based out of West Africa. The goal of this project was to create a Travel Agency website that is modern and functional. The client wants users to be able to book and reserve all of their travel needs on this single platform.

Research

User Survey

To understand traveler needs, expectations, and pain points in order to design an all-in-one travel booking, we sent you potential users a survey using social media and travel-focused groups (Facebook & Whatsapp).

Goal of survey was to know:

What travel services users expect in a single platform
What frustrates users about existing travel booking experiences
How much value users place on concierge services
What influences trust and booking decisions
Preferred devices, payment methods, and communication channels

Competitive Analysis

We have decided to conduct a competitive analysis instead of qualitative research because we were aware of the existence of competitors and industry giants like AirBnB and Booking.com who have been successful in certain aspects. However, we were confident that we could leverage their weaknesses to our advantage.
